3. Health and Safety:
3.1. Prioritize the health and safety of employees, contractors, and anyone involved in the construction process.
3.2. Adhere to all safety regulations, guidelines, and best practices to prevent accidents and injuries.
3.3. Report any unsafe conditions, near misses, or incidents promptly to the appropriate personnel.
4. Use of Company Resources:
4.1. Employees and contractors must use company resources, such as tools, equipment, and facilities, exclusively for work-related purposes. This ensures efficiency, safety, and the protection of company assets.
4.2. Technology resources, like computers and email accounts, are to be used solely for business-related activities. Responsible and professional communication should be maintained through company channels.
5. Environmental Responsibility:
5.1. Minimize the environmental impact of construction activities by following eco-friendly practices and regulations.
5.2. Properly manage waste disposal and recycling to reduce environmental harm.
6. Compliance with Laws and Regulations:
6.1. Comply with all local, state, and federal laws, as well as industry-specific regulations relevant to construction.

7. Confidentiality:
7.1. Confidential company data and information should be kept secure and not shared with unauthorized individuals. Protecting sensitive information is crucial to maintaining trust and professionalism.
7.2. Do not disclose sensitive information to unauthorized individuals or use it for personal gain.
8. Quality and Professionalism:
8.1. Strive for high-quality workmanship and maintain professional standards in all construction projects.
8.2. Deliver projects on time and within budget while meeting client expectations.
9. Communication:

10. Gifts and Entertainment:
10.1. Do not offer or accept gifts, favors, or entertainment that could compromise impartial decision-making or violate company policy.
10.2. It is prohibited to gift or receive gifts in excess of $50 in value.
11. Reporting Violations:
11.1. Individuals who witness or suspect violations of this Code of Conduct must report them to their supervisor, manager, and/or Director of Human Resources.
11.2. Retaliation against individuals who report violations in good faith is strictly prohibited.
12. Consequences of Violations:
12.1. Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or contractual agreements.
12.2. The severity of the consequences will be determined based on the nature and frequency of the violation.
